sec.35 Application for approvals made before commencement
This section applies to an application for an approval for an activity made but not decided, before the commencement, under a repealed plan. For dealing with and deciding the application, the repealed plan continues to apply as if this regulation had not commenced. However, the decision on the application is taken to be a decision on an application for an approval for the activity under this regulation.
