sec.29 Application of Act, ss 485 and 485A for review of decisions of chief executive
Sections 485 and 485A of the Act apply to a decision made by the chief executive as if— the decision were a decision mentioned in schedule 3 of the Act ; and QCAT were stated opposite the decision in that schedule. In this section— decision , made by the chief executive, means— a decision to grant an approval on conditions; a decision to refuse an application for an approval; a decision to amend, suspend or cancel an approval. (sec.29-ssec.1) Sections 485 and 485A of the Act apply to a decision made by the chief executive as if— the decision were a decision mentioned in schedule 3 of the Act ; and QCAT were stated opposite the decision in that schedule. (sec.29-ssec.2) In this section— decision , made by the chief executive, means— a decision to grant an approval on conditions; a decision to refuse an application for an approval; a decision to amend, suspend or cancel an approval.
