sec.23 Renewal

An approval holder for an approval may apply to the administering agency for regulated waters for the approval for the renewal of the approval. The application must be— made in the approved form; and supported by enough information to enable the administering agency to decide the application; and for a take off and landing approval—accompanied by the application fee for the renewal. Section 22 applies to an application for renewal of an approval in the same way it applies to an application for an approval. Without limiting subsection (3) , the administering agency may refuse to renew the approval if— the approval was issued or renewed because of information that is false or misleading; or it is necessary for public safety. s 23 amd 2017 SL No. 70 s 18 (sec.23-ssec.1) An approval holder for an approval may apply to the administering agency for regulated waters for the approval for the renewal of the approval.
