sec.14 Selling, seeking business or conducting survey
A person on a railway or rolling stock must not publicly and personally— sell anything; or seek business; or conduct a survey. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has the permission of the railway manager for the railway or the railway operator for the rolling stock. (sec.14-ssec.1) A person on a railway or rolling stock must not publicly and personally— sell anything; or seek business; or conduct a survey. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.14-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has the permission of the railway manager for the railway or the railway operator for the rolling stock.
