The limits of the Port of Weipa is the area bounded by a line— starting from the high-water mark at the northern extremity of Boyd Point; and to the high-water mark at the western extremity of Jantz Point (west of Duyfken Point); and along the high-water mark, initially in a south-easterly direction, to latitude 12°29.0' south on the west bank of Pine River Bay; and to the high-water mark at latitude 12°29.0' south on the east bank of Pine River Bay; and along the high-water mark, initially in a southerly direction, to longitude 141°57.0' east on the north bank of the Mission River; and to the high-water mark at longitude 141°57.0' east on the south bank of the Mission River; and along the high-water mark, initially in a westerly direction, to longitude 141°57.0' east on the north bank of the Embley River; and to the high-water mark at longitude 141°57.0' east on the south bank of the Embley River; and along the high-water mark, initially in a westerly direction, to latitude 12°51.0' south on the east bank of the Hey River; and to the high-water mark at latitude 12°51.0' south on the west bank of the Hey River; and along the high-water mark, initially in a northerly direction, to the northern extremity of Boyd Point.

• (a) starting from the high-water mark at the northern extremity of Boyd Point; and
• (b) to the high-water mark at the western extremity of Jantz Point (west of Duyfken Point); and
• (c) along the high-water mark, initially in a south-easterly direction, to latitude 12°29.0' south on the west bank of Pine River Bay; and
• (d) to the high-water mark at latitude 12°29.0' south on the east bank of Pine River Bay; and
• (e) along the high-water mark, initially in a southerly direction, to longitude 141°57.0' east on the north bank of the Mission River; and
• (f) to the high-water mark at longitude 141°57.0' east on the south bank of the Mission River; and
• (g) along the high-water mark, initially in a westerly direction, to longitude 141°57.0' east on the north bank of the Embley River; and
• (h) to the high-water mark at longitude 141°57.0' east on the south bank of the Embley River; and
• (i) along the high-water mark, initially in a westerly direction, to latitude 12°51.0' south on the east bank of the Hey River; and
• (j) to the high-water mark at latitude 12°51.0' south on the west bank of the Hey River; and
• (k) along the high-water mark, initially in a northerly direction, to the northern extremity of Boyd Point.
