Despite sections 101 to 105 , food and food packaging may be transported in or on a rail vehicle with dangerous goods if the food or packaging is in the driver’s cab of the vehicle and is for the driver’s personal use. Despite sections 101 to 105 , a fire-risk substance may be transported in or on a rail vehicle with dangerous goods if the fire-risk substance is in the driver’s cab of the vehicle and is for the driver’s personal use.
