sec.85 Duty of loaders
A person must not load dangerous goods onto a rail vehicle for transport if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with chapter 4.4 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
