sec.84 Duty of consignors
A person must not consign dangerous goods for transport in or on a rail vehicle if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with chapter 4.4 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
