sec.58 Attaching compliance plates to particular packaging

A person must not attach a compliance plate, or something that purports to be a compliance plate, to a tank, MEGC or tank vehicle unless the design of the tank, MEGC or tank vehicle is approved under section 46 . Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
