sec.44 Marking packaging
A person must not apply a marking required under part 6 of the ADG Code on packaging if the packaging is not of a design approved under section 46 . Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. A person must not apply a marking mentioned in part 6 of the ADG Code on packaging if the marking is not appropriate for the packaging. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.44-ssec.1) A person must not apply a marking required under part 6 of the ADG Code on packaging if the packaging is not of a design approved under section 46 . Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
