sec.39 Duty of loaders
A person must not load the dangerous goods onto a rail vehicle for transport if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that— the special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and the transport of the goods does not, or will not, comply with the special provision. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) the special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
- (b) the transport of the goods does not, or will not, comply with the special provision.
