sec.193 Particular existing requirements continue

This section applies if— before the commencement, a requirement was made of a person, or a person was required to do something, under any of the following sections of the repealed regulation— section 19(5); section 72(2); section 73(2); section 126(3); section 128(2); section 133(2); section 136; section 137; section 145(5); section 146(2); section 147(2); section 148(2); and the requirement had not been complied with before the commencement. The requirement continues to apply in relation to the person as if this regulation had not been made. The repealed regulation as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the requirement as if this regulation had not been made. (sec.193-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a requirement was made of a person, or a person was required to do something, under any of the following sections of the repealed regulation— section 19(5); section 72(2); section 73(2); section 126(3); section 128(2); section 133(2); section 136; section 137; section 145(5); section 146(2); section 147(2); section 148(2); and the requirement had not been complied with before the commencement.
