sec.171 Replacement administrative determinations and approvals
The chief executive must give a person to whom an administrative determination applies, or an approval is granted, a replacement determination or approval if— the determination or approval is amended; or the chief executive is satisfied the determination or approval has been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen.
- (a) the determination or approval is amended; or
- (b) the chief executive is satisfied the determination or approval has been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen.
