sec.16 References to tank
Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference in this regulation to a tank is a reference to a portable tank, a rail tank wagon, or a receptacle used to contain a solid, liquid or gas. However, a reference to a tank includes an item mentioned in subsection (1) that is used to transport a gas only if the item has a capacity of not less than 450L.
