sec.151 Inspection of registers
The chief executive must ensure that the register is available for inspection by each of the following— a dangerous goods authority; the public. The chief executive is taken to comply with subsection (1) by ensuring there is reasonable access to— copies of information in a register; or a computer terminal to inspect a register.
