28A Prescribed tokens For the purposes of paragraph (b)(i) of the definition of ***token*** in section 208 of the Act, the following things are prescribed— (a) a credit card or debit card that is a smartcard that— (ii) is capable of being processed through the Visa or Mastercard payment card network; (b) a credit card or debit card that is stored in, or accessed through, a digital wallet or mobile payment application that— (ii) is capable of being processed through the Visa or Mastercard payment card network; (c) a prepaid card that is a smartcard that— (ii) is capable of being processed through the Visa or Mastercard payment card network; and (iii) is issued— (A) in the case of Mastercard, in Australia; or (B) in the case of Visa, in Australia or the Asia Pacific; (d) a prepaid card that is stored in, or accessed through, a digital wallet or mobile payment application that— (ii) is capable of being processed through the Visa or Mastercard payment card network; and (iii) is issued— (A) in the case of Mastercard, in Australia; or (B) in the case of Visa, in Australia or the Asia Pacific.
