22 Additional ticketing requirements for buses (1) A person must, at the same time as requesting a concession ticket, show the driver evidence of the person's entitlement to rely on a concession ticket for the travel if the person— (a) boards a bus for travel in respect of which a ticket is required; and (b) requests from the driver the concession ticket for that travel. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply unless a sign stating that evidence of a person's entitlement to rely on a concession ticket must be shown to the driver when a concession ticket is requested from the driver is placed in the bus so that it is clearly visible by a person who requests a ticket from the driver.
