365 Directions of the Minister under section 221
A direction under section 221(7)(a) that is in effect immediately before the commencement of section 63 of the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2023 continues in effect, on and after that commencement, until the day on which regulations for the purposes of section 221, as substituted by section 63 of the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2023, come into operation.
