365 Directions of the Minister under section 221 A direction under section 221(7)(a) that is in effect immediately before the commencement of section 63 of the **Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2023** continues in effect, on and after that commencement, until the day on which regulations for the purposes of section 221, as substituted by section 63 of the **Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2023**, come into operation.
