346 Application for renewal of driver accreditation (1) This section applies to an application made by a holder of a driver accreditation under section 168 for the renewal of the driver accreditation before the commencement day in respect of which the Secretary has not made a decision whether to renew the accreditation before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the TSC may make the decision, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Secretary for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the TSC.
