340 Assignments (1) This section applies to an application made under section 150 for authority to assign the right to operate a taxi-cab under a licence before the commencement day in respect of which the Secretary has not made a decision whether to grant or refuse to grant the application before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the TSC may make the decision, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Secretary for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the TSC.
