339 Transfer of licences (1) This section applies to an application made under section 149 for the transfer of a commercial passenger vehicle licence before the commencement day in respect of which the Secretary has not made a decision whether to authorise the transfer of the licence before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the TSC may make the decision to authorise or not authorise that transfer, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Secretary for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the TSC.
