337 Application for commercial passenger vehicle licences (1) This section applies to an application made under section 139(2) for the grant of a commercial passenger vehicle licence before the commencement day in respect of which the Secretary has not made a decision whether to approve or refuse to approve the application before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the TSC may make the decision under section 139(2) in respect of the application, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Secretary for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the TSC.
