333 Pending applications for accreditation (1) This section applies to an application for accreditation made under section 132 before the commencement day in respect of which the Secretary has not made a decision whether to approve or refuse to approve the application before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the TSC may make the decision, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Secretary for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the TSC.
