321 Property etc. transferred in accordance with direction On the relevant date— (a) all property and related rights of the Secretary wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 320, vest in the TSC in accordance with the statement; (b) all liabilities of the Secretary related to property, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 320, become liabilities of the TSC in accordance with the statement; (c) all relevant agreement rights, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 320, vest in the TSC in accordance with the statement; (d) all relevant agreement liabilities, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 320, become liabilities of the TSC in accordance with the statement.
