318 Transitional regulations (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations in relation to matters of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of Part 2 of the **Transport Legislation Amendment (Taxi Services Reform and Other Matters) Act 2011**. (2) A provision of regulations under this section may be retrospective in operation to the commencement day or a day after the commencement day. (3) Regulations under this clause have effect despite anything to the contrary in any Act other than this Act or in any subordinate instrument.
