317 References to the Director—certain statutory instruments On and after the commencement day, every reference to the Director in any Ministerial Order, licence, permit, accreditation, authorisation, certificate, notice, direction or other document (however described) given, made, issued, granted, served or published under Part VI or Division 4AA or Division 4A of Part VII must be, unless the context otherwise requires, construed as a reference to the Secretary.
