309 Inquiries into conduct of authorised officers (1) This section applies if the Director has— (a) before the commencement day commenced an inquiry under section 221J; and S. 309(1)(b) amended by No. 43/2012 s. 3(Sch. item 53). (b) not completed that inquiry before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the Secretary may continue with the inquiry and for that purpose, anything done under by the Director under section 221J before that day, is taken to have been done by the Secretary.
