307 Pending applications for renewal of authorisations (1) This section applies to an application for the renewal of an authorisation made under section 221G before the commencement day in respect of which the Director has not made a decision whether to renew the authorisation before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the Secretary may make the decision under Division 4AA of Part VII, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Director for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the Secretary.
