301 Cancellation of licence for vehicles (1) This section applies if the Director has, before the commencement day, notified, under section 153, the owner of a licensed vehicle that the Director proposes to cancel the licence issued in respect of the vehicle but has not done so before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the Secretary may cancel that licence in accordance with that notice, and for that purpose, anything done before that day by the Director for the purpose of making that decision is taken to have been done by the Secretary.
