279 Property etc. transferred in accordance with direction On the relevant date— (a) all property and related rights of the Director wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 278, vest in the Secretary in accordance with the statement; (b) all liabilities of the Director related to property, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 278, become liabilities of the Secretary in accordance with the statement; (c) all relevant agreement rights, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 278, vest in the Secretary in accordance with the statement; (d) all relevant agreement liabilities, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement in accordance with a direction of the Minister under section 278, become liabilities of the Secretary in accordance with the statement.
