276 Transitional provision—direction to state name and address Despite the commencement of section 15 of the **Statute Law Amendment (Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities) Act 2009**, section 228ZN(4) as in force immediately before that commencement continues to apply to proceedings for an offence against section 228ZN commenced but not completed before that commencement.
