275 Transitional provision—direction to provide reasonable assistance Despite the commencement of section 14 of the **Statute Law Amendment (Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities) Act 2009**, section 228ZL(4) as in force immediately before that commencement continues to apply to proceedings for an offence against section 228ZL commenced but not completed before that commencement. S. 276 inserted by No. 45/2009 s. 16.
