266 Continuation of Roads Corporation authorisations A person who, immediately before the commencement date, held an appointment by the Roads Corporation under section 211 as an authorised officer is deemed to be an officer of the Roads Corporation appointed in writing by that Corporation under section 212(1A) to issue transport infringement notices.
