245 Contributors to other funds S. 245(1) amended by No. 44/1989 s. 37(a)–(c). (1) A transferred officer who was immediately before 1 July 1989 a contributor to or member of a superannuation fund or arrangement, other than the State Employees Retirement Benefits Fund, the Superannuation Fund or the Transport Superannuation Fund, shall on and after 1 July 1989, for so long as he is employed in a Corporation, continue to be a contributor to or member of that Fund. (2) The terms and conditions of a superannuation fund or arrangement to which a transferred officer under subsection (1) continues to contribute or of which he continues to be a member shall, for so long as the transferred officer is employed in a Corporation, apply to that transferred officer as if he had continued in employment with the former Authority with which he had been employed.
