228C Giving or refusal of accreditation

(1) The Secretary may give or refuse to give an accreditation.

(2) If the Secretary refuses to give an accreditation, the Secretary must notify the applicant in writing of the refusal and the reasons for it.

(3) If the Secretary gives accreditation to the Bus Association Victoria, a reference in this Division to an accredited company is to be read as including a reference to that Association.
