228B Matters to be considered by Secretary In determining whether to give an accreditation, the Secretary must consider— S. 228B(a) amended by No. 101/2003 s. 22(2), substituted by No. 47/2006 s. 21(2)(b). (a) whether the authorised officer management system that the applicant proposes to have in place is effective and appropriate; and (b) any matters that are prescribed.
