225B Offence to impersonate an officer A person must not, directly or indirectly, falsely represent himself, herself or itself to be— S. 225B(a) amended by No. 6/2010 s. 199(3) (Sch. 3 item 12.2), substituted by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 45.50). (a) an employee in the Department; or S. 225B(ab) inserted by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 45.50). (ab) the person appointed under section 64AE of the **Transport Integration Act 2010** as entity Head for the Head, Transport for Victoria; or (b) an authorised officer (within the meaning of any provision of this Act); or (c) a person who is authorised to exercise a power or to carry out a function under this Act.
