208A Application of powers conferred on protective services officers under this Part (1) Subject to subsection (2), a protective services officer may only exercise the powers under this Part in relation to a person who is at, or in the vicinity of, a designated place. (2) A protective services officer may only exercise the power under section 229 in relation to a person who was at, or in the vicinity of, a designated place at the time of the alleged offence.
