13 Procedure in disciplinary proceedings
(1) If the Transport Secretary takes disciplinary proceedings against a Transport Service employee, the Transport Secretary must give the employee written notice of the particulars of the alleged behaviour giving rise to the proceedings.
(2) A formal hearing is not required to be held before the person or body investigating or dealing with the alleged behaviour, but the Transport Service employee may make representations to that person or body.
