For the purposes of the definition of authorised person in section 3I of the Act, the class of persons consisting of persons holding the office of Point to Point Transport Commissioner under the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016, and persons acting in that office, is prescribed as a class.
