#### 8K Inter-relationship of Division with law relating to local government 8K Inter-relationship of Division with law relating to local government > > (1) If the provisions of this Division are inconsistent with the provisions of the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030) (or any statutory rule made under any Act), the provisions of this Division prevail. > > > (2) Nothing in this Division applies to or in respect of any sign, mark, structure or device containing or relating to a requirement or direction, contravention of which gives rise to an offence under the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030) (or any regulation under that Act), but not under any other Act or regulation. > > > (3) Any person who or body which would not, but for this subsection, have the power to co-operate with, or do or perform any act or thing in conjunction with, TfNSW is authorised by this section so to co-operate or do or perform the act or thing.
