#### 228 Closure of railway lines from Crabbes Creek to Condong and from Casino to Bentley 228 Closure of railway lines from Crabbes Creek to Condong and from Casino to Bentley > > (1) For the purposes of section 99A, a rail infrastructure owner is authorised to close the whole or any part of the railway line that runs from— > > > > > (a) Crabbes Creek (Rail KM 909.95) to Condong (Rail KM 938.64), and > > > > > (b) Old Casino Station Precinct, Casino (Rail KM 806.9) to Back Creek Bridge, Bentley (Rail KM 819.7). > > > > Note. > > > > Rail KM is rail kilometrage and measures distance in kilometres from Central Station, Sydney. > > > (2) Accordingly, a rail infrastructure owner authorised under this clause may sell or otherwise dispose of the land concerned and remove the railway tracks and other works concerned.
