#### 205 Existing non-executive employees 205 Existing non-executive employees > > (1) A person (other than an existing senior executive or existing senior manager) who was employed in the Transport Service immediately before the substitution of Part 7A of this Act by the amending Act is, on that substitution, taken to be employed as a Transport Service non-executive employee in the same kind of employment. > > > (2) The substitution of Part 7A of this Act by the amending Act does not affect the continuity of service of a person taken to be employed under this clause, any accrued rights to leave under the former Part 7A or any accrual of rights to leave under this Act.
