1A Employment of Chief Executives
> > (1) A Chief Executive is to be employed in the Transport Service under Part 7A of this Act.

> > (2) A Chief Executive holding office immediately before the substitution of this clause by the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040) is, on that substitution, taken to be employed in the Transport Service on the same terms and conditions as applied to the Chief Executive immediately before that substitution.
