#### 182 Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities of Director-General to TfNSW 182 Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities of Director-General to TfNSW > > (1) The assets, rights and liabilities of the Director-General of the Department of Transport acquired or incurred in the exercise of a function under the transport legislation, or in connection with the execution or administration of that legislation, before the commencement of this clause are, on the commencement of this clause, transferred to TfNSW. > > > (2) Schedule 4 applies to the transfer of the assets, rights and liabilities of the Director-General by the operation of this clause and so applies as if this clause were an order to which that Schedule applies when this clause takes effect. > > > (3) The Minister may by order in writing exempt specified assets, rights and liabilities from the operation of this clause.
