#### 167 Continuity of Sydney Ferries 167 Continuity of Sydney Ferries > Sydney Ferries, as constituted under this Act immediately after the substitution of section 35A(2) by the 2008 amending Act, is for all purposes (including the rules of private international law) a continuation of, and the same legal entity as, Sydney Ferries as constituted immediately before that substitution.
