> > (1) RailCorp is to prepare its first corporate plan, in accordance with section 17B as inserted by the 2008 amending Act, within the period approved by the Minister for the purposes of this clause.

> > (2) The statement of corporate intent applicable to RailCorp under the [State Owned Corporations Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-134) immediately before the commencement of section 17B continues to apply to RailCorp until RailCorp complies with that section, subject to any direction of the Minister.
