#### 163 Continuity of RailCorp 163 Continuity of RailCorp > RailCorp, as constituted under this Act immediately after the substitution of section 4(2) by the 2008 amending Act, is for all purposes (including the rules of private international law) a continuation of, and the same legal entity as, RailCorp as constituted immediately before that substitution.
