#### 131 Saving of existing free or concessional travel arrangements 131 Saving of existing free or concessional travel arrangements > Any free or concessional travel pass issued by the State Transit Authority under section 88 before the commencement of this clause, and in force in relation to Sydney ferry services immediately before that commencement, is taken to have been issued by Sydney Ferries and that section applies accordingly.
