115 Recovery of charges etc by transport authority
(1) Any charge, fee, toll or money due to a transport authority, or to the Crown in respect of the activities of a transport authority, may be recovered by the authority as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) In this section, transport authority includes TAM.
